This is an old photo I bought at a streetmarket in Kyoto. The old retired geisha who sold it told me her grandfather had taken the photo back in the days.
The photo is in a really bad shape so it was hard to try and clean it up after I had it scanned.
Still like the scenery portraying one of many temples which have been in Kyoto for a long time.
Who am I kidding :) The photo is of course recent and captured by me. I tried to go for that Victorian-mistreated-used-as-coaster-look™
The colors was changed from start by matching it with a actual Victorian portrait
and then got three curves added as adjustment layer which altered it to it's final state.
Oh yeah, some dust and scratches where added as seen in a recent tutorial nudge nudge wink wink. know what i mean
