CAPRINE PARFUMS GOAT

Name: Caprine Parfums GOAT      Client: Personal      My Role: 3D, Animation and more

A personal project of a fictitious perfume brand devoted to sacred instincts and unapologetic opulence.

Caprin Parfums

A satirical high-luxury fragrance house. Caprine Parfums walks the razor’s edge between elite sophistication and unapologetic absurdity. We combine opulent visual language with feral, animal-themed surrealism to create a product line that feels like Balenciaga spoofing Guerlain.

Each bottle is a reliquary for extinct instincts.
A scent not meant to please, but to awaken.

Legacy:
Founded in 1883 by rogue taxidermist-perfumer Thibault Caprine after an absinthe-fueled vision quest in the Pyrenees. He claimed to distill scent from instinct itself.
Caprine’s original motto:
“Let no scent die in vain.”

Caprine Parfums revives what refinement forgot:
animal instinct as high art.

Here you can delve deeper into each fragrance, learn more, and see the product in more detail.

Edition: Lot #042.2025A
Type: Unisex • Eau de Sacrament™

Description:

A crisp, confident scent for those who’ve already arrived.
GOAT Eau de Toilette opens with alpine clarity, then settles into something quietly smug and deeply rooted. Like a freshly shaved philosopher in a cold bath, it leaves a trace of carved marble and dry conviction.

It doesn’t announce the summit,
But you can smell the altitude rising.

“Momentum, made fragrant.
Best worn on the way up.
Spray with intent.”

Fragrance Pyramid:

  • Top: Alpine air, chilled granite
  • Heart: Charred cedar, goat musk
  • Base: Ambergris, divine ego

Eau de Toilette is balanced and dynamic, it has places to be

Packaging Highlights:

  • Comes in a modest white box, wrapped in pressed linen and unspoken potential
  • Inner quote reads: “Proudly worn by  those who did the bare minimum.”
  • Embossed Caprine seal visible only if the light pities you
  • Lightweight cap made of humble bronzed resin and mild self-esteem

for someone who didn’t mean to

Eau de Cologne
FRAGRANCE
GOAT EAU DE COLOGNE

Price €160 · Volume 90ml
Lot #014.2025C

Type: Masculine • Essence of Second Place™

Description
Not every goat makes it to the mountaintop.
GOAT Eau de Cologne is for the quietly excellent, the near-mythic runner-up, the silver medalist who still gets remembered.

It opens bright and brisk, with alpine air and a flash of chilled granite, then softens into a grounded blend of cedar and self-awareness.
The finish? Dignified. Slightly bruised. Still better than most.

This one doesn’t shout. It nods politely.

“Close to greatness,
Twice the humility, half the pressure.
Spray with dignity.”

Fragrance Pyramid:

  • Top: Alpine air, chilled granite
  • Heart: Charred cedar, goat musk
  • Base: Ambergris, divine ego

    Eau de Cologne
    is crisp and fleeting,
    like a well-written apology

Packaging Highlights:

  • Black box, soft-touch finish, hides fingerprints and ambition
  • Features the “almost” goat plaque, at least you tried.
  • Interior quote: “Burdened with potential, then wandered off.”
  • Cap finished in silver, to suggest effort without closure
  • The label is slightly off-center, which some collectors insist is intentional

Eau de Parfum

GOAT EAU DE PARFUM

Description:

This is it. The summit.
GOAT Eau de Parfum is rich, focused, and unbothered. A scent worn by those who no longer seek approval,
they are the approval.

The opening is clean but distant, like alpine air above the treeline. The heart is warm stone and memory. The dry-down leaves behind a quiet intensity, less projection, more presence. It doesn’t cling. It lingers like a legacy.

“This is not a scent for arrival.
This is what arrival smells like.
Spray once. Never explain.”

Fragrance Pyramid:

  • Top: Alpine air, chilled granite
  • Heart: Charred cedar, goat musk
  • Base: Ambergris, divine ego

MAKING OF & WORKFLOW

Testing a workflow together with AI

For this project, I wanted to explore working with AI not only as a tool, but more like a collaboration with a creative partner.

1. Concept & Script
It began with a dream my wife had:

A perfume so divine, it was “good enough for the GOAT.”
That phrase stuck. From there, it snowballed into a surreal high-fashion universe.

With AI, I explored names, myths, and the absurd seriousness of luxury branding.
We co-wrote the script for a series of short ads, plus a longer movie mixed with nostalgic vignettes.
The result was Caprine Parfums, a fictional brand.

2. Visual Design
Once the tone was set, I used AI to generate mockups and explore moods.
These helped define a visual direction that felt rich, luxurious, and slightly surreal.

I modeled the bottles and packaging, used AI to generate goat-head variations, then refined them in Blender. Built out the environment by kit-bashing. The whole thing became a kind of branding cathedral. Animated in Blender, final comp and sound design in After Effects.

3. Feedback Loop
Since I was working solo, I set up a virtual team using AI.

One “person” acted as a creative director, focusing on visual identity. Another was a ruthless critic who pulled no punches and forced better decisions. A third helped shape the narrative.
I’d pitch ideas, they’d challenge them, and together we’d refine everything from wording to symbolism to color.

It sounds odd, but it worked: fast iteration, sharper ideas, and no creative echo chamber.

Reflection:

“The key wasn’t just using AI, it’s knowing how to use it well. I don’t rely on it to finish my work, but I absolutely rely on it to challenge me, stretch my thinking, and speed up parts. It helped me do a lot more in shorter time.

There is a lot of ways to use AI without removing you as an artist”

A selection of mockups I generated with OpenAI’s Sora to guide inspiration, modeling and scene direction.
I also pulled references from Pinterest and gathered everything in a PureRef board.

Takeaway

GOAT was a proof of concept for a hybrid workflow.
Working with AI didn’t replace anything, it amplified.
It’s a glimpse of how creative work is evolving.
