ONE FOR THE REAR SCREEN
Name: One for the rear screen Client: Lynk & Co Design My Role: 3D, Animation, Editing
The task was to create virtual rooms where passengers can access different content in the backseat of the car. I explored several animation styles, balancing brand tone with motion clarity and readability across these formats.
Here is the final concept I did for a rear screen display, if available for the passengers.
The challenge: adapting visual content to multiple screen sizes and aspect ratios, ranging from standard 16:9 to an ultrawide 5120×1600 resolution. And the possibility to showcase a split screen if the passengers want to access different content.
I built the 3D scenes in Blender, then composited and animated the UI in After Effects to bring the concept to life.
Below is the final concept version, along with a clip showing how it appears in the actual car display.
